Role Overview

We are expanding our market intelligence capabilities and seeking a highly motivated Market Research Intern to turn complex data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world business strategy, analytics, and consumer behavior. You will play a crucial part in helping our leadership team understand competitive landscapes and identify emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Analysis: Spearhead primary and secondary market research campaigns across targeted demographic and geographic segments.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and evaluate competitor positioning, pricing models, and broader industry trends.
  • Data Synthesis: Collect, interpret, and translate complex datasets into structured, easy-to-digest executive reports and dashboards.
  • Strategic Support: Provide research-backed insights to guide the Business Development and Product teams in critical decision-making.
  • Opportunity Mapping: Assist in identifying unpenetrated market niches, potential partnerships, and new growth channels.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated exceptional analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and standard presentation software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate data-driven narratives clearly.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage time effectively in a flexible/remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

  • Prior academic or internship experience involving data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • A foundational understanding of eCommerce dynamics, SaaS, or B2B marketplace business models.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or advanced web analytics platforms.
